Business Challenges
Organizations have multiple numbers of employers and each of the employers has a large number of users and is further divided into various groups based on various characteristics like age group, demographic and health condition. The wellness solution offers different types of features and services to each of the group.
So, due to the diversified configurations of each group of clients and the different requirements of each of the Employers, it was very difficult to verify the configurations of each of the groups, especially within the release window of 1 hour.
