Our client provides wellness solutions to the employees/customers of Insurance Companies, Universities and Healthcare Providers. One of the largest customers was using the legacy system built in Ruby and the rest of the customer was on a new system developed in .Net.
Providing the same or better performance user experience was the biggest challenge due to the large volume of already existing users in the new system for other customers.

- We have analyzed the overall peak user load of the last three years on legacy systems.
- We further analyzed the application features wise peak load.
- Then analyzed the peak load of the new system and created a matrix between peak load and users.
Outcomes
We have recommended the upgradation of the existing server hardware
configuration by identifying the memory lack and CPU break out.
We have recommended to include additional Web servers and Database
servers.
Clients were migrated successfully with better performance user
experience.
