Sr. Manager/AVP-Sales (B2B International Sales)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Manager/AVP-Sales (B2B International Sales) to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of driving sales growth in the international market, with a focus on B2B sales. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work during night shifts from our office location. 

Responsibilities:  

  1. Identifying where process improvements can be made and developing sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals. 

  2. Recruiting and hiring sales staff and developing training programs. 

  3. Managing sales teams and maintaining sales operations by tracking daily, weekly, and monthly performance on KPIs.

  4. Outlining and managing sales budgets. 

  5. Setting quarterly and annual sales goals and motivating the sales teams to achieve their goals.  

  6. Monitoring the market and competitor products and activities and providing detailed sales forecasting.  

  7. Reviewing customer activity, anticipating consumer needs, and improving customer satisfaction.  

  8. Creating sales reports and providing feedback to the leadership team at company meetings.  

  9. Establishing and maintaining key customer relationships.  

  10. Ensuring the proper use of CRM databases and tools to track performance

  11. Working with the marketing department to design print and online promotional materials for the company’s products and services.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.  

  2. Master’s degree in a business-related field may be advantageous.  

  3. Minimum of 7 years experience working in a selling role and with sales technology and CRM software especially in foreign markets.  

  4. In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques.  

  5. Strong working knowledge of the company’s products, competitive products, and the market. 

  6. Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

  7. Great strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills.

  8. Willing to put in extra effort to reach sales targets.
